We want to be your dental health partner, helping to find the dental health solutions that are right for you.
Why we love our hygienists.
Our hygienists are great. They do so much for us – we really depend on them:
- They perform oral health assessments
- Provides nutritional counseling and self-care programs to prevent disease
- Examines head, neck, and oral regions for disease
- Takes and processes x-rays and performs other diagnostic tests
- Provides services that help patients prevent gum diseases and cavities.
Professional teeth cleaning not only helps to keep your teeth healthy, it keeps your body healthy as well. Dirty teeth are a breeding ground for bacteria and acids that cause plaque and lead to infections. Hygienists remove deposits from teeth and apply sealants and fluoride to prevent decay. It is easy to get your mouth and teeth clean and healthy, and keep it that way. A simple routine of brushing and cleaning between the teeth, good eating habits and regular dental check-ups can help prevent most dental problems. Although most people brush regularly, many don’t clean between their teeth and some people don’t have dental check-ups.Between the teeth cleaning keeps gums healthy and reduces plaque below the gum line. Brushing and flossing remove up to 70% of the plaque. Our dental hygienists are specially trained to remove any build-up on your teeth and treat any gum disease that has already appeared.
